About the lecturer:  Marek is an entrepreneur graduated from the University of Oxford who currently lives in Prague. Marek formerly worked for Rocket Internet performing various executive positions, building from the grounds up to Vietnam’s leading online retailer which was acquired by Alibaba at valuation of 3,15 billion USD. Furthermore, Marek worked as a Managing Director at, delivering a global online booking platform for buses. In Prague, Marek has co-founded (Carismo is the first platform to buy cars online in the Czech market). Recently, Marek manages an online brokerage platform which trades cryptocurrencies and consults the construction of altcoin mining sites across the Czech Republic.
